Think Safe Campaign (JULY)

Think Safe is the school's campaign that aims to establish a culture of partnership, shared responsibility and pro-action within and among the Miriam College community to ensure the safety and security of our members, especially our students. It is launched at the beginning of the year and carried out throughout the school year.

Drop Everything and Read or DEAR (AUGUST)

This is a year-long activity is to make reading a fun and meaningful activity for students. Every day is a celebration of love and appreciation for reading.

Book Day Celebration (AUGUST)

It’s a celebration of authors, illustrators, books and most importantly, it’s a celebration for the love of reading.

Buwan ng Wika Celebration (AUGUST)

The national language month is an annual celebration embracing national traditions, native food and delicacies, traditional Filipino games and native costumes that add value to the Filipino language and culture. Students also highlight the language through the Filipino songs, poems, and stories.

Marian Celebration (SEPTEMBER)

This week-long celebration is an alternative week of fun and learning through games and sports. The highlight of the College Week is the Marian Celebration where children have a Marian procession, Marian Play, and other Marian activities to honor the Nativity and Life of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

Tinker Lab Exhibit (SEPTEMBER)

College Week is an alternative week of fun and learning through games and sports. Special projects from the Tinker Lab are also on exhibit throughout the week to showcase the innovative and creative ideas of our CSC students.

Celebrating Me (OCTOBER)

STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) Week (OCTOBER)

This is a week-long celebration as our young scientists, engineers, and artists undertake STEAM and preschool engineering activities that take form though play, material exploration, design-thinking, problem-solving, building, and collaboration.

Christmas Bazaar (NOVEMBER)

Students at all levels come up with a business plan to raise funds for chosen beneficiaries. The children plan, conceptualize, create, and sell the items at the Christmas Bazaar to parents and friends. This activity gives children an important lesson in business, but more importantly, and important lesson in the value of giving to those who are less fortunate.

Family Day (NOVEMBER)

100 Days Celebration (DECEMBER)

It is a tradition in CSC to have a party to celebrate the children’s milestones, the joys of building friendships, and all that has happened in the 100 days of school. There are creative activities that integrate math and counting 1-100 for the children to engage in.

Saturday Playdate (JANUARY)

This activity is for children and their parents to come up with a innovative and creative projects that children can play with using recyclable materials. This activity hopes to emphasize on the values of simplicity, care for the environment, and quality bonding among families.

Love Sharing Day (FEBRUARY)

Children from our partner Barangay Day Care Centers are invited to spend the day with the CSC students. The children play games, eat together and share stories. Our visitors get to bring home gifts from the CSC students. This is one way for us to instill the values of caring and sharing to our students, and at the same time, provides an opportunity to form new friendships with other children.

Annual Play Presentation (MARCH)

We take pride in staging original Filipino plays throughout the years. The script, songs, choreography, costumes, and set designs are all masterfully created by the CSC's dynamic team of teachers. The Annual Play presentation showcases the pure, creative talent of our First Step, Nursery, and Kindergarten students through meaningful stories that are rooted in Miriam College's core values of truth, justice, peace, and integrity of creation. Every story is beautifully wrapped in song and dance.
