Please be informed of this additional policy pertaining to INC mark:
A student who obtains an INC mark at the end of the semester and whose CQPA is below the minimum retention grade required of her year level must complete her INC mark at least a week before the start of the enrollment for the following semester/term. Non completion may cause the student to be put on probation (deloaded) for the following semester or to be sent out if previously on probation.
To complete the INC mark, students need to get in touch with their concerned teachers to submit the requirements or whatever they need to fulfill in the class. UPON FULFILLING THE REQUIREMENTS, INFORM THE REGISTRAR THROUGH A LETTER. As mentioned above, this has to be done at least a week before the start of the enrollment for the following semester/term.
