A. Admissions Policy

CSC First Step
Girls who are 3 years old to 3 and 11 months old by May
Boys who are 3 years old to 3 and 11 months old by July
 

Nursery

Girls who are 4 years old to 4 and 11 months old by May
Boys who are 4 years old to 4 and 11 months old by July

Kindergarten
Girls who are 5 years old to 5 and 11 months old by May
Boys who are 5 years old to 5 and 11 months old by July


B. Procedure & Requirements

1. Present the original and a photocopy of your child’s birth and baptismal certificates.

2. Submit 5 recent, colored, 1” x 1” I.D. pictures

3. Pay the application and testing fee – PhP 500.00

4. Obtain an application form from the CSC Admissions Assistant. The application form should be accomplished at the CSC premises by parents or legal guardians only.

5. After the application has been processed, your child will be scheduled for an entrance test. The parents or legal guardians will be informed of the test schedule.

6. The child then takes the entrance test. The test results can be claimed by
   the parents/guardians after a week.

7. Pay the confirmation fee or the enrollment fee.

1. Fill out a request form which is available at the CSC Reception Area.
2. Pay the processing fee at the CSC cashier.
Note: The transcript of records will be mailed directly to the requesting school.

The recommendation letters will be released to the parents or legal guardian after one week.
