masters degree in another college/university

Other Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree for Masters Program and an MA or Ph.D with a minimum average of B, 2.0 or 85 %
- At least 18 units of undergraduate subjects in Education or combined Education and Social/Behavioral Sciences (for Education Programs)
- Should have taken the Graduate Level (CEM) test
- For Masters Degree program , passed an interview with the Dean and/or Program Chairperson
- For Doctoral Degree Program, panel interview headed by the Dean
For foreign applicants,
the same steps as above are undertaken
except that after the applicant passes the screening,
s/he is required to submit additional documents
before enrollment and pay an admission fee. Among
the additional requirements are:
Authenticated birth certificate or
passport
Four (4) copies of Authenticated
and notarized affidavit of support
Two (2) copies of Authenticated Transcript
of Records (with translation if not in English)
Authenticated Diploma
Four (4) copies of Personal History Statement
Copy of English Proficiency Test
(TOEFL/IELTS) score form or certificate of English
proficiency
