Admissions Requirements

A. Admissions Policy

• 16 years old and above for Elementary and Vocational Courses
• 18 years old and above for High School
 

B. Procedure & Requirements

• Present the original and a photocopy of the birth certificate
• Present Marriage Certificate (if married)
• Submit five 1 ½” x 1 ½” colored pictures
• Present High School and Elementary report cards from last school attended.
  (For those enrolling in Vocational courses, present a high school report card)
• Submit a Certification of Good Moral Character from employer, guardian, or
   barangay
• Chest X-ray
