Dear alumni,

Your relationship with your alma mater should not end on graduation day. As much as your school played an important role in the forming of your personal and professional goals during your student days, it can also be a strong influence as you go through the different stages of your life.

We hope that these alumni services also provide opportunities by which you can get involved in the school’s programs and activities.


I. CAMPUS RESOURCES

  1. ALUMNI / MMCAA OFFICE

  2. The Alumni Office services inquiries about school services, requests for information about fellow batchmates, as well as disseminates news about the school and alumni activities.
    The office is open to serve you daily from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m.– 5:00 p.m.

  3. LIBRARY FACILITIES

  4. By presenting your alumni card, you may use the school libraries for research purposes at no charge. All materials are for room use only. Check out the Miriam College Library and its related sites online through http://www.mc.edu.ph/library/
  5. USE OF FACILITIES

  6. Looking for a venue for class meetings or fund-raising activities? We may be able to help you find a venue for these activities within the campus.

  7. REQUESTS FOR SCHOOL RECORDS

  8. Please call the College Registrar’s Office at 580-5400 to 29 extension 2026 or e-mail: coll-admission@mc.edu.ph for details.
    For alumni of the Graduate School, requests for records can be coursed through the Graduate School Dean’s Office at 580-5400 to 29 extensions 3416 or 3417.


II. CAREER SERVICES

JOB PLACEMENT AND RESOURCE POOL

The Career Development and Placement Office (CDPO) of the Miriam College Guidance Center collects information on job vacancies from various companies for interested alumni.

The CDPO also publishes a directory of graduates and stages an annual job fair for companies interested in hiring Maryknoll/Miriam College graduates. Alums who are Human Resource Directors or owners of their own companies may want to advertise their job openings through the CDPO network too!

III. CONTINUING EDUCATION

  1. GRADUATE SCHOOL PROGRAM

  2. The school would also like to encourage its alumni to pursue advanced studies and continuing education. The Miriam College Graduate School offers various degree and certificate courses.   3. LIFELONG EDUCATION PROGRAMS AND SEMINARS
    Miriam College also offers Lifelong Education & Adult Development (LEAD) seminars. These programs are intended for those who want to enhance their skills, learn new ones for new careers, or even those who simply enjoy learning and discovering new dimensions!

    Alumni may avail of these programs at discounted rates. Please present your alumni card or indicate that you are an alumnus when you register for the seminar. Invitations to these seminars will be posted in the monthly Chi Rho E-Bulletin and in the school bulletin boards.


IV. SPIRITUAL SERVICES

  1. WAY OF THE CROSS

  2. A gift of Maryknoll High School ’68, fourteen (14) crosses depicting the Way of the Cross are positioned all over the Miriam College campus. Alumni groups can avail of The Way of the Cross rite during the Lenten season by calling the Alumni Office for available schedules.

  3. RECOLLECTIONS/RETREATS
    The Christian Ministry and Formation Office can assist classes in organizing or scheduling recollections and retreats.

  • the tuition and fees of more scholars in perpetuity

  • thesis or dissertation grants for more faculty members completing advanced degrees

  • and help improve the Marian Auditorium in time for its 50th Anniversary in 2004.
