ASSOCIATE FOR INTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES | General Administration

The Internal Audit Office seeks an Associate for Internal Audit Services

The Associate for Internal Audit Services reports directly to the Director for Internal Audit. The duties and responsibilities of the Associate for Internal Audit Services are as follows:

  • Prepares audit planning document
  • Develops audit program
  • Plans audit engagement and ensure the effective and efficient conduct and reporting of each engagement
  • Conducts audit engagements
  • Ensures the timely completion of audit engagements and preparation of audit reports in keeping with professional standards
  • Identifies and presents key audit findings including debriefing of auditees at the end of onsite fieldwork 
  • Ensures that audit files are complete to support the findings and conclusions
  • Prepares the board kit materials for board meeting
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned by the Director for Internal Audit
  • The candidate should have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business (Accountancy or Internal Audit is a plus). He or she should have at least 2-3 years audit experience and at least 1-year IT audit experience. Professional audit certifications preferred (CPA or CIA is a plus).

The candidate must have the following competencies:

  • Knowledge of auditing and accounting standards
  • Proficiency in use of computers and computer accounting software programs
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good analytical, interpersonal, time management, research skills
  • Must be able to effectively work with new and changing situations
  • Must be able to view controls issues and concerns from the perspective of the Audit Committee and Senior Management

MARKETING AND CREATIVE SERVICES ASSISTANT | Marketing and Communications Office

The Marketing and Communications Office seeks a Marketing and Creative Services Assistant.
 

The duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Render all visuals of IMC through the production of marketing collaterals (e.g. tarpaulin, video production, brochures, etc.)
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time


The candidate should have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Fine Arts or related course. He or she should have at least 3 years experience in designing marketing collaterals and must be proficient in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

The candidate must have the following competencies:

  • Organizational and analytical skills
  • Creative thinking skills
  • Flexibility and collaboration skills

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must at least possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following areas: 
    • English
    • Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL)
    • Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL)
    • Linguistics
    • Communication (with Education units)
    • Language Teaching
  • Must be proficient in both oral and written communication in English
  • Must be creative and has great passion for teaching
  • Minimum of two (2) years teaching experience 
  • Required skill(s): computer literate
  • With graduate units/ degree is an advantage


Responsibilities:

  • Conducts training/classes as assigned by the Program Officer
  • Facilitates an atmosphere that is conducive to learning
  • Designs and executes lesson plans, modules, and tests for assigned lessons
  • Prepares evaluation reports of the students’ performance
  • Participates in the activities, meetings, and training programs to improve and implement the norms and policies of the Institution
  • Submits reports to the Program Officer as required
