Senior Secretary (Miriam College Quezon City)

Job Description:

The Senior Secretary ensures smooth day-to-day operations by providing timely and efficient administrative support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and experience in office management.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, dynamic, innovative, and embodies the core values of Miriam College.

 

Special Qualities/Skills Required:

Duties and Responsibilities of the Senior Secretary:

  • Maintain office files and safeguard confidential documents.
  • Coordinate with internal and external clients/offices as needed.
  • Handle telephone calls and attend to visitors.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments with the supervisor.
  • Prepare and make arrangements for workshops and seminars in the office.
  • Manage the office budget.
  • Assist in networking with other organizations and agencies.
  • Ensure adequacy of office supplies and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Prepare expense reports, liquidation papers, check requests, petty cash advances, and reimbursements.
  • Record all incoming and outgoing communications (letters, memos, fax messages, etc.), including all pertinent documents, of the office.
  • Performs special duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the supervisor.
