The HEU Admissions is accepting applications through email. Please download the application forms and send the scanned copies of documents to coll-admission@mc.edu.ph

Application Procedure


  1. Download and accomplish the forms:
  2. Submit the items below to the Admissions Office on or before May 30, 2020:
    • Application Form
    • Recommendation Forms (in sealed envelopes)
    • 2 (two) copies of recent 2x2 photo
    • Original and photocopy of Transcript of Records of the last school attended
    • Curriculum Vitae
    • Personal essay on one’s strengths, achievements, and goals
Ways to submit documents

EMAIL:
You may initially send clear scanned copies of the accomplished application form and photo to coll-admission@mc.edu.ph during this period of enhanced community quarantine.

Submit hard copies of the documents during your visit at the campus.

VISIT:
Visit the campus and personally submit hard copies of the required documents to the Admissions Office.

COURIER:
You may send hard copies of the requirements through courier to:
HEU Admissions Office, Miriam College
Katipunan Avenue, Loyola Heights, Quezon City.
 

  1. Pay the application fee
    • Application Fee for Filipino Applicants: PhP 600
    • Application Fee for Foreign Applicants: USD 100 or its peso equivalent based on current exchange rates
    • Claim your official receipt from the College Cashier after payment

Cashier’s office is open on Mondays to Fridays, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
