Biography

Dr. Aguila is an associate professor, specializing in social psychology and its related subjects like group dynamics and industrial psychology.

Her work experience before Miriam College included stints in the corporate setting, which included engaging in research and performing HR functions e.g. recruitment and training. She has also been trained as a psychometrician in an assessment center. Facilitating team-building seminars for organizations with colleagues was a part-time undertaking.

She was a college guidance counselor and a faculty member in between administrative assignments in Miriam College.

Her interests include research on social issues, as well as organizational and family wellness and dynamics. She advocates professionalism with caring and fairness in relating with her students.
