Therese Patricia C. San Diego has been part-time faculty member at the Department of Communication since 2013. She teaches Introduction to Communication Research, Research Writing I, Research Writing II, and Communication for Development (C4D).

In her classes, she strikes a balance between theory and practice through interactive class discussions, hands-on exercises, and mentoring sessions. She is able to share her experience from the field as program officer at the Research, Policy, and Advocacy Unit of the Asian Institute of Journalism and Communication (AIJC), where she conducts research in the areas of C4D, health communication, child rights, and safety of journalists and media workers, among others. She also facilitates seminar-workshops on communication planning, technical writing, business communication, and feature writing at the AIJC Professional Development Program.
