The PR Manager serves as lead for Retainer Accounts and Special Projects. This means being the main point person and managing the day-to-day tasks of the teams in order to achieve the goals for the accounts/projects.

A sales and marketing specialist finds sales leads, pitches the company's products to prospective clients, establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base, supports sales presentations by assembling quotations, proposals, product booklets, competitor analyses and other materials. He/She also provides marketing tracking and research information by collating, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.

A graphic designer designs brochures, presentations, posters and announcements, promotional materials, etc. and ensures these materials are aligned with the company's brand and image.

A social media manager manages the company's social media accounts, develops and curates the platform to engage with clients and drive sales, and ensures the social media accounts reflect the company's image and initiatives.

An event manager manages staff responsible for event coordination, books venues and negotiates fees, promotes venue to drive sales, facilitates administrative duties and monitors and ensures that the building and events spaces are in its best condition.

A book keeper develops system to account for financial transactions; maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions; and balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.
