MC JOB FAIR 2019

Bring any of the following documents in applying for PAG-IBIG, original & one (1) photocopy:
 
     1. Birth Certificate (PSA/NSO certified)
     2. Baptismal Certificate 
     3. Passport (current)
     4. Driver's License (current)
 
In the absence of the above IDs/documents, any 2 IDs with the correct full name and at least one with birth date will be accepted, original & one (1) photocopy:

1. School ID/ Company ID
2. Postal ID
3. TIN ID
4. NBI Clearance
5. Police Clearance

For new applicants, please accomplish the following steps before the Job Fair:

1. Go to https://www.nbi-clearance.com 
2. Select NBI CLEARANCE CENTER (UN Avenue Manila) as your preferred NBI Branch. 
3. Set the date of your appointment on March 18, 2019 (Job Fair date), then click the AM or PM slot. 
4. Only one valid email account per applicant/user is allowed. 
5. Please take note of your Reference Number.
6. Pay the corresponding clearance fee at your chosen authorized NBI payment channel or at the NBI designated cashier during the mobile clearance processing. 

At the NBI Job Fair Booth, you will be requested to present:

• Reference Number
• Proof of payment
• Any two (2) valid Government issued IDs upon processing of your clearance application

For RENEWING APPLICANTS, whose expired clearances are issued 2014 and up, you do not have to undergo Online Registration. You are just required to present your expired NBI clearance, one valid ID and pay the amount of Php 130.00 at the NBI Job Fair Booth.

Clearance Certificate Release:

The NBI clearance certificates will be released on March 18 for those “WITHOUT HITS”.

Clearances of those applicants “WITH HIT” will be subjected to verification and will be released 10 working days after the Job Fair. You may pick up your Clearance Certificate at the CDPO Office.

NOTE: The NBI Booth will be available on March 18, Monday only.

Please accomplish the following steps before the Job Fair:

1. Go to SSS Website > www.sss.gov.ph
2. Click 'No SSS number yet apply online'
3. Fill up name and e-mail address. Click submit.
4. Check e-mail account for confirmation and click the link sent by SSS.
5. Fill up necessary information.
6. Click 'Generate SSS Number'
7. Print 2 copies of your personal record with SSS number and SSS number slip.

At the March 18 Job Fair, submit the following at the SSS Booth:

1. 2 copies of personal record with SSS number and SSS number slip
2. Valid i.d's (original and photocopy) for verification and tagging.
   Below are the accepted valid IDs or documents:
   •      Birth Certificate (PSA/NSO certified)
   •      Baptismal Certificate 
   •      Passport (current)
   •      Driver's License (current)

In the absence of the above IDs/documents, any 2 IDs with the correct full name and at least one with birth date will be accepted original & ONE (1) photocopy):

• School ID / Company ID
• Postal ID
• TIN ID
• NBI Clearance
• Police Clearance

NOTE: The SSS Booth will be available on March 18,  Monday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 pm only.
