How to Enroll

  • Please use a Gmail account to access and fill out the Pre-Enrollment Form.
  • Upload a clearly scanned copy of the following:
    • Original copy of PSA birth certificate
    • ID photo
    • For Grades 1 to 3: Original copy of the most recent report card (F138/SF9) duly signed by the school head indicating the grade level completed and eligible for admission or transfer
  • After the application form and documents have been reviewed by the Admission’s Officer, you will be informed of your interview schedule via Zoom or Google Meet.
  • A soft copy of the Registration Assessment Form or RAF and payment instructions will be sent to your email address.
  • Pay the tuition fee.
    • Email the a digital copy of payment confirmation with the accomplished RAF to myuzon0304@mc-knoller.edu.ph
    • Please wait for 5 working days for verification before the official receipt is sent to you through email.
