Deadline for submission of accomplished form is on Saturday, October 31, 2020.

Non-submission of your application form on the scheduled date will mean non-inclusion in the list of candidates for graduation.

GUIDELINES FOR APPLICATION FOR GRADUATION

1. Fill up the Application for Graduation Form and send it to gderosas@mc.edu.ph for checking and validation.
2. Accomplished form will be sent to the Department Chairperson for evaluation and recommendation.
3. The Department Chair will forward the evaluated and signed form to the Office of the Registrar.
4. Student will receive an email from the Office of the Registrar regarding the status of their application.
5. For the Graduate Program students, please be advised to pay the graduation fees via online banking.
