Use of facilities and photography within the campus

Use of Facilities

Some facilities in the campus requires reservation and fees. Please inquire at the office or person in charge of managing the facilities:

  • College Facilities (Example: Paz Adriano Little Theater, Lanai, SMT Grounds) are managed by the Office for Student Affairs (OSA)
  • Department Facilities (Example: Communication Department laboratories) are managed by their respective Departments. Inquire with the College Offices.
  • Institutional Facilities (Example: Mini-Forest, Marian Auditorium, Peace Path) are managed by the Administrative Services Division (ASD). The ASD Office is located beside the Residence Hall.
  • Facilities of other units like the CSC or High School are managed by their respective Administrative Offices.

Photography and Filming inside the Campus

For class projects where you are required to take photos or videos within the campus, you must accomplish a Permit to Film and Photograph Form. This is to ensure that photos and videos of the campus will only used for the intended or declared purposes.

Secure the approval of the following persons and offices in the following order:

  1. Your teacher or your Department Chair
  2. Person in charge of the facility / venue (Example: Administrative Officer)
  3. Marketing and Communications Office Manager

For occasions when you are approached by an external media organization or company for an interview or to cover school events that will entail photography and/or filming within campus premises, please download the form below and follow the instructions outlined in the form.

Inquire at the following offices:

  1. Office for Student Affairs (OSA) - if students will be interviewed or photographed
  2. Administrative Services Division (ASD) - to secure a Security Request Form that will allow the entry of the external media members

Promotion of Events and Achievements

You are invited to contribute promotional materials for school events on the Digital Campus Screens located at these venues:

  • College Cafeteria
  • Grade School Covered Court
  • High School Cafetorium

The Digital Campus Screens are managed by the Marketing and Communications Office and owned by an outsourced supplier. Email MCO content with the following specifications:

  • Posters: sized 640 x 480 pixels and a website address where people can learn more about the event
  • Videos: maximum length of 30 seconds. Upload your video on YouTube and send the URL
