Guidelines on the Prevention of COVID -19

Dear Colleagues,

With the continued public health uncertainty across due to COVID-19 pandemic, we would like to assure you that the School is taking all appropriate safety and health measures for the community. It is in this regard that we want to share with you the updated general campus and office guidelines on the prevention of COVID-19 with the IATF, DOLE, and DTI’s guidelines, for strict compliance > MC RMO COVID-19 Protocol

Also, we would like to reiterate the following guidelines

  • Those who are reporting on-site must accomplish the revised Daily Health Checklist through http://hris.mc.edu.ph daily. The cut-off time for filling out of the checklist is 4:00 pm every day, otherwise, the employee will not be allowed to report on-site.  
  • The earliest time that an employee will be allowed entry in the School gates is at 8:00 am. Entry to the buildings should not be earlier than 8:30 am.  
  • All employees must wear face mask and face shield at all times
  • An employee who has symptoms of COVID 19, found to be COVID-19 positive and/or considered close contact of a COVID -19 case, must immediately report to his or her Barangay Health Emergency Team (BHERT) of their place of residence and to his or her immediate supervisor. The School is required to report the case to the City Health Office.  
     

We also request that you consider the following action points as we return to work: 

  • Offices must reconfigure their onsite work schedules to accommodate a 2-week cycle for the staff, if applicable (beginning September 1, 2020). This is recommended for continuity of operations and services just in case an office personnel gets infected. 
  • Employees must align their on-site work schedules with their personal/ household schedules. It is advisable that those who report on-site do not have travel/exposure in public places for the last 2 weeks so as not to expose their colleagues.
