Why Work at MC?

The benefits at MC show the value we put on having a good work/life balance. School shutdown and various paid leaves such as vacation, sick leave, and children's school needs leave, are strong evidences of its support.

Because most of our faculty and staff are women with children, we also support them by providing a Day Care Center where employees' children can stay after school. Staff at the Day Care Center attend to the needs of the children.

Our students and employees appreciate the natural beauty of the campus. Most have the feeling of “home” when they walk on the campus and are surrounded by God’s amazing creation.
