Senior Secretary (Miriam College Quezon City)

Job Description:

The Senior Secretary ensures smooth day-to-day operations by providing timely and efficient administrative support.


  • Bachelor’s degree and experience in office management.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, dynamic, innovative, and embodies the core values of Miriam College.


Special Qualities/Skills Required:

Duties and Responsibilities of the Senior Secretary:

  • Maintain office files and safeguard confidential documents.
  • Coordinate with internal and external clients/offices as needed.
  • Handle telephone calls and attend to visitors.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments with the supervisor.
  • Prepare and make arrangements for workshops and seminars in the office.
  • Manage the office budget.
  • Assist in networking with other organizations and agencies.
  • Ensure adequacy of office supplies and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Prepare expense reports, liquidation papers, check requests, petty cash advances, and reimbursements.
  • Record all incoming and outgoing communications (letters, memos, fax messages, etc.), including all pertinent documents, of the office.
  • Performs special duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the supervisor.



Technical Assistant (Miriam College-Quezon City)


  • At least with MA units combined with technical writing and research experience 
  • Knowledgeable in basic finance, accounting, and budgeting 
  • Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.) 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Strong organization and interpersonal skills 
  • Efficient in time management skills and exceptional follow-up skills 
  • Must be able to work with minimum supervision 


Programmer (Miriam College Quezon City)


  • With Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering 
  • Has a minimum of three (3) years of work experience in software and web development, programming methodologies, design, and implementation 
  • Knowledgeable in the use of ASP.net, C#, Java, HTML, PHP, SQL, XML, Crystal reports, relational databases, and internet architectures, with strong object-oriented/based programming skills 
  • High level of analytical and software design skills for software and web development and technical specifications


Creative and Marketing Services Associate (Miriam College Quezon City)


  • With Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Fine Arts, or related course 
  • Has worked at least three (3) years and with a background in creatives or marketing 
  • Proficient in Photoshop and other editing tools and software 
  • Knowledgeable on marketing digital tools and techniques 
  • Has excellent communication (oral and written) skills and with strong copywriting skills



Office Assistant (Miriam College Quezon City)


  • With Bachelor’s degree and has at least one (1) year experience related to office and data management 
  • Can do data encoding and processing 
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office, GSuite and other online platforms and tools 
  • Has good communication skills 
  • Demonstrates proficiency in using basic office equipment 



Chairperson for the Department of Accountancy (Miriam College Quezon City)

General functions and qualifications for the position:

  • Filipino citizen with good moral character.
  • Registered Professional Accountant in the Philippines with valid PRC Identification Card and valid Certificate of Accreditation as Accounting Teacher.
  • Teaching experience of at least five (5) years in the tertiary level, and preferably, two (2) years of administrative experience.
  • Holder of at least a master’s degree in accountancy, or other related areas of studies in business administration and economics.
  • A member in good standing of the accredited professional organization for Certified Public Accountants.

Registrar and Admissions Officer for the Higher Education Unit

Job Description:

The Registrar and Admissions Officer will report directly to the Administrative Manager. The position is responsible for managing the admission process, and assisting in student recruitment, marketing, and scholarship of the students of the Higher Education Unit. The Registrar and Admissions Officer is also responsible for the school records of students and is the principal contact person with the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).


  • Master’s Degree in any management or related field 
  • At least two (2) years of supervisory work experience

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, good customer service, and the ability to establish rapport quickly with different groups
  • Strong communication skills
