ICT SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT AND DOCUMENTATION SUPERVISOR

The Information and Communication Technology Office seeks an ICT Systems Management and Documentation Supervisor. The ICT Systems Management and Documentation Supervisor reports directly to the ICTO Manager.

The duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Supervise, plans and defines the logical system flowchart, software specifications, and creation of technical ICT documentations for developed systems and ICT operations.  
  • Analyze and supervise evaluation of software performance, make recommendations, and take action to correct deficiencies based on consultation with users and developers.
  • Supervise or conduct user trainings and orientation of developed ICT application software and ICT systems.
  • Consult with the users with respect to their detailed input and output requirements as specified in the request and assist in obtaining user feedback on new or enhanced applications
  • Perform periodic system analysis and user feedback or surveys on developed applications and ICT systems performance.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

The Higher Education Unit (HEU) Library Media Center (LMC) seeks an LMC Supervisor. The LMC Supervisor ensures the development,

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan for the development of library resources and services to include reading and audio-visual (AV) materials.

RECORDS ASSISTANT | Higher Education Unit

The Higher Education Unit Registrar’s Office seeks a Records Assistant.

The Records Assistant reports to the Registrar. The duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Handle and maintain the accuracy and confidentiality as well as updating of undergraduate students’ records with surnames starting with A to K:
    1. Process changes in the students’ registration form (adding/dropping/change of section/course shifting).
    2. Encode in the system credited subjects of transfer students.
    3. Proofread and verify reports/documents prior to release to clients. 
    4. Update the clearance status/profile of students.
    5. Scan documents to update student records.
    6. Report to the Registrar/ASRC any discrepancy or concerns related to student records being handled.
