The Accounting Manager oversees and monitors the Department's daily operations and ensures that all transactions are properly validated, recorded, and accounted for in accordance with financial accounting and reporting standards and in compliance with the organization's policies and procedures and BIR Rulings and regulations.  S/he supervises the performance of the following main functions of the Department, namely: (1) receivable management, (2) collection and disbursement monitoring, (3) fixed assets & inventory management, and (4) recording and financial reporting

General Areas of Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Recording and validation
  2. Accounting Standard Reporting
  3. BIR Compliance
  4. Accounting System and Processes
  5. Risk Management
  6. Compliance with MC’s Data Privacy Policy and Data Privacy Act of 2012


  1. Certified Public Accountant
  2. At least 3 years’ experience in financial accounting and reporting and at least 2 years’ experience in external/ independent audit




Effectively automate and implement quality systems within the set timeline and budget, in accordance with user requirements/objectives and at the same time, following industry best practices and methodologies in Systems Development that is fitting for the institution.  

Provide production support for all MC systems, including both out-of-the-box and in-house developed applications in various platforms.


Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering courses
At least three (3) years of experience in software and web development, programming methodologies, design, and implementation.
Special Qualities/Skills Required

  • Knowledge of information technology concepts and capabilities
  • Knowledgeable in the use of ASP.net, C#, Java, HTML, PHP, SQL, XML, Crystal reports, AngularJS for dynamic web apps, mobile apps for Android, Apple, etc., relational databases and internet architectures, with strong object-oriented/based programming skills, and proficient in report builder
  • High level of analytical and software design skills for software and web development and technical specifications.
  • Ability to analyze business methods and procedures and adapt them to information technology
  • Ability to develop test data in programs and analyze problems 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and effectively work with staff and management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of English usage, punctuation, and spelling
  • Strong computer and research skills




The Guidance Counselor ensures the implementation of the grade/year level guidance program of the students.

General Areas of Responsibilities:

  1. Students Counseling
  2. Referral Cases
  3. Documentation

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and update the grade level guidance program.
  • Implement the guidance program centered on counseling, guidance classes, enrichment activities, and psychological test interpretation.
  • Handle referral cases
  • Confer with teachers, parents, and consultants
  • Prepare confidential student reports and letters of recommendation.
  • Prepare reports on various activities, projects, or programs (annual guidance report, evaluation, researches, minutes of the meeting, referral). 
  • Update students’ records.
  • Attend seminars/workshops/conferences related to the counseling profession.
  • Plan and organize enrichment talks/lectures/workshops.  


  • Professional Regulatory Commission license in Guidance and Counseling
  • At least units in MA Guidance and Counseling upon entry
