PROJECT ASSISTANT | MC-HSSIC Technology Business Incubation

The Innovation Center’s Technology Business Incubation seeks a Project Assistant.

The Project Assistant reports directly to the Technology Business Incubation (TBI) Manager. The duties and responsibilities of the Project Assistant are as follows:

  • Help facilitate monitoring of startups/incubatees;
  • Assist startups with their requested needs;
  • Prepare and update timetable, progress reports, correspondence and schedules related to the activities and milestones of the startups/incubatees;
  • Assist in preparing reports and data collection for analysis;
  • Conduct regular meetings/sessions with startups;
  • Review and distribute project documents for dissemination to the startups/incubatees;
  • Liaise for training and other events of the center in relation to the startups/incubatees;
  • Facilitate/Support trainings and other activities for the startups/incubatees;
  • Maintain project records and ensure that all regulatory documents are correct, processed, and approved;
  • Conduct due diligence as required; and
  • Performs other tasks that may be given from time to time.

The candidate should have completed a Bachelor’s degree in any course, preferably with MA units.

Candidate should have a relevant experience in working with startups and preferably has worked with an educational institution, and must have the following competencies:

  • Business Acumen
  • Technical know-how in Startups or Incubatees
  • Project Management and rolling-out of activities and programs




PROJECT ENGINEER | General Administration

MC Quezon City seeks a Project Engineer. 

The overall function of Project Engineer is to ensure the progress development, assessment and evaluation, of construction projects of Miriam College. 

The following are the general areas of responsibilities:

  • Design and draw As-built plan for major projects
  • Evaluate the materials and scope of works of the projects
  • Check and validate the variation orders and reconciled items
  • Check and verify the cost estimates
  • Validate the Progress Billing Report
  • Monitor the construction projects

The candidate should have completed a Bachelor’s degree, preferably civil engineering. 
Must be a licensed engineer and should have at least three (3) years related work experience. 

The candidate must have a high level of integrity, good interpersonal relationship skills with following competencies:

•    Strong communication skills
•    Computer literate 
•    Knowledge in CAD operation is an advantage





MC Nuvali seeks a Librarian.

The overall function of the Librarian is to ensure the development, administration, evaluation, and implementation of the instructional media programs that includes print and non-print materials.

The Marketing and Communications Office seeks a Marketing and Creative Services Assistant.

The duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Render all visuals of IMC through the production of marketing collaterals (e.g. tarpaulin, video production, brochures, etc.)
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time

The candidate should have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Fine Arts or related course. He or she should have at least 3 years experience in designing marketing collaterals and must be proficient in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

SECRETARY TO THE DEAN | Higher Education Unit

The College of Arts and Sciences seeks a Secretary to the Dean. 

The duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Maintain and keep pertinent and confidential files.
  • Handle telephone calls and attend to visitors.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments of the supervisor.
  • Coordinate with internal and external clients/offices as needed.
  • Handle logistics and documentation for events and activities. 
  • Prepare expense reports, liquidation papers, check requests, petty cash advances and reimbursements.
  • Handle room reservations and computation of charges.
  • Monitor faculty attendance and students’ thesis status.
  • Handle petty cash funds of the College.
  • Consolidate the College budget.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the supervisor.

The candidate should have completed a Bachelor’s degree and has at least 1 year experience in office management. 

The candidate must have the following competencies:

  • Proficiency in computer applications
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Organizational and interpersonal skills 




ENGLISH/ESL TEACHER | Language Learning Center


  • Candidate must at least possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following areas: 
    • English
    • Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL)
    • Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL)
    • Linguistics
    • Communication (with Education units)
    • Language Teaching
  • Must be proficient in both oral and written communication in English
  • Must be creative and has great passion for teaching
  • Minimum of two (2) years teaching experience 
  • Required skill(s): computer literate
  • With graduate units/ degree is an advantage


  • Conducts training/classes as assigned by the Program Officer
  • Facilitates an atmosphere that is conducive to learning
  • Designs and executes lesson plans, modules, and tests for assigned lessons
  • Prepares evaluation reports of the students’ performance
  • Participates in the activities, meetings, and training programs to improve and implement the norms and policies of the Institution
  • Submits reports to the Program Officer as required
