Application Procedure

  1. Complete and personally submit your Application Slip
  2. Submit the following items:
    • 2 (two) copies of recent 2 x 2 photo
    • Original and photocopy of Transcript of Records of the last school attended
    • Curriculum Vitae
  3. Pay the application and testing fee of P600 ($100 or its peso equivalent for foreign students) at the Cashier.
  4. Present the receipt to the Admissions Office and claim your application kit and exam permit.
  5. Submit accomplished forms listed below on the specified deadline:
    • Application for Admission Form
    • 2 Recommendation Forms from Employer and Professor for Adviser (in sealed envelope)
    • Personal Essay
  6. Take the exam on the given schedule.

After the Exam


Results of your exam will be released approximately after one month. We will send you a Notification Letter via email and schedule you for an interview with the Department Chair.

Please visit the Admissions Office to receive a printed copy of this letter because you will need to present this on the day of your enrollment. After acceptance to the college, you may visit the What's Next section to see the steps you need to follow in order to enroll into Miriam College.
