  1. Download and accomplish the forms:
  2. Email the items below to the Admissions Office on or before the deadline:
    • Accomplished Application Form
    • Recent 2x2 photo
    • Transcript of Records of the last school attended
    • Curriculum Vitae
    • Personal essay on one’s strengths, achievements, and goals
    • Recommendation Forms (may be emailed directly by recommending persons)
  1. Pay the application fee
    • Application Fee for Filipino Applicants: PhP 600
    • Application Fee for Foreign Applicants: USD 100 or its peso equivalent based on current exchange rates

  1. Claim your official receipt of the application fee from the Cashier and present the official receipt to the Admissions Office for updating of student records:
    • Email the Cashier at mctreasury@mc.edu.ph and the Admissions Office at coll-admission@mc.edu.ph to request for a scheduled visit.
  2. Interview with the Program Chairperson
    • Applicants will be informed regarding interview schedules.
    • Only applicants with complete application requirements as stated above will be processed.
Application for 2nd Semester Cycle 2, SY 2020-2021 is ongoing

Submit accomplished forms and additional requirements on/before 6 March 2021 (Cycle 2, March-May).

Admission Test is waived.
