Filipino Students

Filipino applicants including current Miriam College students may follow the procedure below:

Application Procedure

  1. Download and accomplish the LLC Application Form.
  2. Submit your Application Form and 1 copy of your 1x1 and 2x2 photo at the LLC Office.
  3. Obtain an Assessment Form from the LLC staff.
  4. Pay the tuition fee at the Cashier's Office.
  5. Submit a photocopy of the receipt to the LLC Staff.
  6. Get a copy of your schedule.
Requirements
  1. One (1) copy of 2” x 2” photo with white background
  2. One (1) copy of 1” x 1” photo with white background
  3. Accomplished Application Form
  4. Full payment of fee
