The Collective Bargaining Agreement between Miriam College (MC) management and the Union of Non-academic Personnel (UNAP) was formally signed on February 1, 2018.  Miriam College President Dr. Rosario O. Lapus led the management panel composed of Chair Ruby F. Alminar-Mutya and members Dr. Noel C. Racho and Dr. Maria Lourdes L. Chavez.  
 
Representing the union were its President Eric Buado and members Armando M. Julian, Jr., Nerissa S. Sanchez, Fritzie May F. Enriquez-Toreta, Ma. Zenaida B. Chan, Christina Y. Suba, Ma. Elena Laarni A.  Torres, and Joan D. Dalida. There are currently 42 UNAP members.
 
The entire Collective Bargaining Agreement renegotiation on economic provisions were completed in a half-day meeting held last September 30, 2017
