The health, safety and well-being of the members of the MC community have been our primary consideration in coming up with a flexible work arrangement and calibrated deployment plan as we return to on-site work in phases. The School also came up with General Campus and Office Guidelines which includes MC protocols and workplace rules and regulations from relevant government agencies. Please read the guidelines carefully as there are some forms you need to accomplish when entering the campus even for a short visit > MC_RMO General Campus and Office Guidelines 061120
Forms:
The School will begin to simulate the “new normal” in its on-site operation beginning June 16, 2020 (Tuesday). Several offices will open on the said date. The schedule of the on-site operation is from Tuesday to Thursday, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.
Those who are reporting, please take note of the compliance requirements from IATF and DOH as stated below. This will be the standard protocol for those who will be entering the campus.
- Accomplish the Post MECQ Advisory Slip (which will only be filled out once – see attached fillable form) and submit to Joan Bermal at jbermal@mc.edu.ph on or before June 15, 2020;
- Accomplish the Daily Health Checklist through http://hris.mc.edu.ph (for reference, see Daily Health Checklist above) on June 15, 2020. To log in, use your MC email username and password. The cut-off time for filling out of the checklist through the HRIS is not later than 7 pm every day, otherwise employee will not be allowed to report on-site;
- Upon entry on June 16, 2020, the guard on duty will get the employees’ temperature and the employee shall encode the reading in the Daily Health Checklist. Employees are required to accomplish the form on a daily basis.
An employee will not be allowed to report to work under two conditions:
- When there is a positive declaration (yes response) in any of the items in the Post MECQ Advisory Slip and Daily Health Checklist;
- When the temperature reading on the day of reporting or visit is > 37.5°C.
In addition, for those reporting on-site beginning June 16 please take note of the entry and exit points to manage the on-foot and vehicle traffic. See below:
