The Culminating National Conference on Capacity Building Project for Entrepreneurship Education is a Center of Excellence Project of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and the College of Business, Entrepreneurship, and Accountancy (CBEA) – Entrepreneurship Program, Miriam College.
It is open to all academic communities of faculty and administrators of different colleges and universities, private and public, that teach entrepreneurship courses and related business education disciplines, the entrepreneurship supportive ecosystem of government and non-government agencies, development experts, all ENEDA members, and interested individuals.
A keynote address by Atty. Lily Freida M. Milla, Deputy Executive Director IV, Commission on Higher Education will be the highlight of the conference, sharing CHED’s insights on a Supportive Ecosystem to Drive Entrepreneurship Program for Social Innovations and Hybrids.
Another keynote address will be delivered by Dr. Libing Wang, Chief of Section for Educational Innovation and Skills Development (EISD) and Senior Program Specialist in Higher Education, UNESCO Asia and Pacific Regional Bureau of Education, Bangkok Thailand. Dr. Wang will talk about Entrepreneurship Education for all--the role of UNESCO APEID as the predecessor of the CHED COE MC Capacity Building Program.
The conference proper features the participation of the 6 Regional Institutional Partners from North Luzon to Mindanao, the project output, and the stories of resiliencies in delivering entrepreneurship education by educators across levels, and from formal to non-formal education, in time of the pandemic and uncertainties.
