The MCN community gathered together virtually last December 3 to pay a joyful tribute to Jesus in their traditional Lighting of the Advent Star. Students from all grade levels took part in the paraliturgy with songs, poems, and dances.

The celebration began at sunset and ended with the Advent star being lit up on campus.  Members of the community were left in awe as they watched the community video featuring the campus decorated in Christmas lights and stars.

The participation of everyone made this traditional event more meaningful. Despite not being able to gather physically on campus, the community has found a way to creatively adapt this celebration.
