Miriam College Nuvali holds commencement exercises for batch 2021-2022

“As members of the MC community, carry with you the responsibility to make a difference in the lives of others and contribute to helping build a society grounded on our core values and reflect a distinctive Miriam spirit in action.”

Ms. Nina Alentajan-Santiago, MBA, urged the graduates of Miriam College Nuvali to take the MC core values of truth, justice, peace, and integrity of creation to heart in her commencement message last May 28 in MCN’s virtual graduation ceremony.

A total of 101 graduates, with 48 from the grade school and 54 from the senior high school received their diplomas. Many of them went up the stage with their parents during the onsite graduation ceremony and thanksgiving mass held in the MCN covered court last June 4.

She also challenged the graduates to spread the love for reading and to spread the love for books, reminding them that “through books and through your own readings, and through the ideas that are sparked through your readings, you’ll be able to have a better view of the future, a better understanding of what is happening in the present, and a better understanding of the past.”

The onsite graduation was the first that the school held since the pandemic started in 2020. Parents and students were grateful to have had the opportunity for face-to-face commencement exercises.
