The accolade highlights  HRD’s unwavering commitment to prioritizing employee well-being, acknowledging the pivotal role of a balanced life in both personal fulfillment and professional success. Praised for their innovative programs and systems, the World HR Congress lauded the Division for spearheading quality work-life practices within Miriam College.

Dr. Noel C. Racho, CIHRM, who  has continuously demonstrated strategic foresight and a relentless pursuit of excellence was honored as one of the "Most Iconic HR Global Leaders" for his remarkable contributions, ranging from navigating crisis-driven restructuring to pioneering ambitious talent management programs.
