Filipino Applicants and Returning Students

If you have a Filipino citizenship and applying to Miriam College Nuvali for the first time, follow the steps below.

Returning MC Nuvali students, regardless of nationality, who studied for 2 (two) years or more in another school must also follow this application procedure. Returning students who only studied for 1 (one) year in another school, follow the application procedure on this page.

Application Procedure

  1. STEP 1. Submit the following duly accomplished forms and requirements at the MCN Admissions window.
  • Certified True Copy of the most recent current level report card
  • Certified True Copy of the (1st – 4th grading) previously completed grade level report card
  • Original copy of the National Statistics Office (NSO) Birth Certificate – back-to-back
  • Clear copy of Baptismal Certificate
  • Certified True Copy of the (1st-4th grading) previously completed grade level report card
  • Two (2) pcs. of 2”x 2” recent colored ID pictures
  • One (1) accomplished Application Form (downloadable through website)
  • Two (2) accomplished Recommendation Forms (downloadable through website) – place in a sealed envelope and signed on the flap by the Adviser and Guidance Counselor/Principal
  • One (1) accomplished Student Health Record Form (downloadable through website)
  • One (1) accomplished Parent Questionnaire (Preschool applicants only)
  •  Photocopy of National Career Assessment Examination (NCAE) results for Grades 10 and 11 applicants (if available)
  • For Non-Catholic Applicants: MCN Waiver Form signed by the parents/guardian (provided by MCN)
  • Admissions Fee – Php 700.00
                          2. STEP 2. Wait for email notification from the Admission Staff to proceed with the payment of the Application Fee. The email will also contain the Bank Reference Number (BRN) and details for payment. The banks’ system will not accept payments without the BRN. 
                           
                          STEP 3. Pay the non-refundable Application fee of PhP 700.00 through our partner banks.
                           
                          IMPORTANT: Send a clear copy of the validated deposit slip / transaction acknowledgement with the subject heading ATFPAYMENT_NAMEOFAPPLICANT (Ex. ATFPAYMENT_JuanDeLaCruz) to mcnstudentaccounts@mc.edu.ph
                           
                          STEP 4: For Preschool to Grade 2 applicants, expect details of the admissions interview that will be sent via email within two (2) working days.
                           
                          For Grades 3 to 11 applicants, admissions assessments are waived. Admission scores will be based on report card grades, including conduct, and recommendation forms.
                           
                          STEP 5: Anticipate within seven (7) working days an email from the Admission Staff upon complete submission of admission requirements regarding decision on your child’s application.
