Biography

Dr. Antonio M. Lopez is the Dean for the College of Business, Entrepreneurship and Accountancy of Miriam College.

Prior to his appointment, he was the manager of the school’s Planning and Development Office and was one of the key persons behind the creation of the MC Entrepreneurship Department. He was the first chair of the department for 7 years.

On a national level, Dr. Lopez contributed to the development of pioneering entrepreneurship programs for higher education in the Philippines. He also served as president of the Entrepreneurship Educators’ Association of the Philippines, Inc. (ENEDA) from 2008-2009.

Twice awarded by two different associations as the Best Entrepreneurship Educator of the Philippines, Dr. Lopez’s continues to lend his expertise as Co-Chair of the Technical Committee for Entrepreneurship and Business Education Program of the Commission of Higher Education in the Philippines.
