Felicitas E. Pado

Faculty, College of Education

Biography

Dr. Felicitas E. Pado is a head consultant of Basa Pilipinas, a literacy project of EDC USAid and a consultant of the Department of Education in its various literacy programs/projects like the Phil-IRI.

She is also currently a member of the Commission on Higher Education's Technical Panel on Teacher Education and the chair of the Early Childhood Education Committee.

Before joining Miriam College, she was a full-time Professor of the College of Education at the University of the Philippines.

She was likewise a Reading Consultant of Worldbank, Jesus del Rosario Foundation, and McDonald's Bright Minds Read Project.

She served as the Project Director of DepEd-AusAid’s commissioned research on Review of Muslim Initiatives (2013) the results of which were presented at Redlands University, California and Madison University, Wisconsin last January, 2017.
