Janine has been interested in learning languages since she was a child. Watching Korean and Japanese movies frequently is a testament of this love for languages. In her spare time, she translates lyrics of Korean songs into English and uploads it to her Youtube Channel.

Aside from her BS Tourism Management Degree from Far Eastern University, she studied Korean Language at FEU and Yonsei University. Furthermore, she completed a Basic Mandarin for Beginners Course in Shanghai Jia tong University. She is also a TESOL-certified teacher.

Janine is a respectful and passionate teacher. She loves her job and gets a great sense of achievement from seeing her students develop and grow as individuals. Her teaching style is primarily centered on class engagement. She adapts her teaching style in order to cater for everyone and make the material as interesting as possible.

To further hone her teaching skills in Korean and Japanese languages, she took a Teacher Training Course from LVG Language Tutorial Center. She also passed her N4 Japanese Proficiency Exam and is currently pursuing N3 Level and TOPIK II to further enhance her knowledge and share with her students.
