Roch is a dedicated teacher with a positive attitude. She is a lover of nature and wishes to be rich in memories by traveling. Aside from being a professional teacher, she is also a lecturer and a lifestyle consultant who is often invited to share her expertise in Personality Development to students in different campuses in Metro Manila. She is able to handle multiple assignments under pressure and consistently meet deadlines. She is also willing to learn from her colleagues and thrive on working in a challenging environment. Though the English language deals with a set of standards, she believes that each learner has to be dealt individually not only in the account of the academic needs but also their emotional, creative, spiritual, psychological, and developmental needs. She connects her lessons with other courses making it interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approach in her teaching method. She also creates an environment where learners can interact freely through sharing of their ideas and experiences. She will continue to teach for as long as she can inspire her students.
