Michele is a speaker, training consultant, and award-winning author. She specializes on family life, parenting and relational well-being, personal growth and self-care, and family digital management. Through psycho-education, she integrates her extensive work experience and academic training on children, adults, and families to communicate relatable knowledge with brands, companies, organizations, and schools through program development, written articles, consultancy, talks, and training. She currently teaches in the Miriam College Family Studies Program, and in both the undergraduate and graduate programs of the Department of Psychology.
