Biography

Ms. Paguibitan is a Parttime Faculty Member of Miriam College and a practicing Clinical Psychologist. She served as the Program Head and Faculty Member of the Psychology Department of La Consolacion College Manila. As a practitioner in the field of clinical psychology, Ms. Paguibitan specializes in counseling and psychotherapy, as well as psychological assessment. Currently, she is one of the Parttime Psychosocial Support Specialists (Senior Psychologist) of UPD Psychserv, a special project of the UPD Chancellor that addresses the mental health concerns of its students and staffs.

She is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Science in Psychology at Centro Escolar University-Manila. Ms. Paguibitan is in the process of completing her dissertation for the degree Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology at the University of the Philippines Diliman. Her research interest includes loneliness, domestic violence, and women and children’s rights and welfare.

She is a Registered Psychologist and Registered Psychometrician by the Professional Regulation Commission. She is also an active member of the Psychological Association of the Philippines.
