Skills Development and Technical Education Center

Miriam College Skills Development and Technical Education Center (MC SDTEC) is a nurturing learning environment that offers inclusive, relevant and accessible education committed towards making a difference in the lives of the underprivileged youth and adult learners.

MC SDTEC education is rooted on the legacy of the Maryknoll sisters of providing quality and affordable education to underprivileged adults and out-of-school youth in the 1960s.

Today, we offer Senior High School, Junior High School, Alternative Learning System (ALS) and Technical-Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Programs. Classes in these programs are conducted during the afternoon and evening.  Evening classes allow the students to work during the day.

As we accept the challenge of 21st century learning, online and face-to-face classes are conducted in all levels.  This assures learners of uninterrupted and limitless learning.

Through these programs, we aim to equip students with the necessary life skills, knowledge and values to help them improve their lives.
