Taste Series

Bring the taste from around the world to the comforts of your kitchen. Our Taste Series will provide you hands-on culinary experience from a variety of cuisines, ranging from East Asian, Southeast Asian, and European.  Industry-experienced chefs will guide you through each recipe; from sushi-making to making your own kimchi and Nutella Ferrero cake. These specialty classes will make your Wednesdays and Fridays worthwhile. With just three Taste Series courses, you will earn 3 units credits should you decide to pursue the Associate in Culinary Arts.

1. Applicant must be at least a high school graduate.
 

2. Download the Application Form or  obtain a printed copy of the form at the Department of Entrepreneurship located at Room 202, 2F Paz Adriano (PA) Building, Higher Education Unit, Miriam College.
 

3.   or personally submit your Application Form at the the Department of Entrepreneurship. Wait for confirmation of your slot.

 

4. After confirmation of your slot, pay the course fee at any of the following venues:

  • MC College Cashier: Open Monday - Friday, 7:30 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. Present your official receipt at the College of Business, Entrepreneurship, and Accountancy (2F Paz Adriano Bldg)
     
  • Over-the-counter at Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI)

    • Email a clear copy of the VALIDATED DEPOSIT SLIP with your full name and the course you are taking to: mctreasury@mc.edu.ph, csantos@mc.edu.ph, and msevilla@mc.edu.ph
       
  • Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) Website or Mobile App
    • Transfer to 3rd Party to 3081-1192-27 (Miriam College Savings Account)

You will receive 3 units credit for the ladderized Associate in International Culinary Arts program if you take a 3-5 Taste Series courses .

Course Fee: Each Taste Series course is PhP 3,000 or PhP 3,500. Please see the individual course information above.
