Incoming 1st Year Students

An incoming First Year college student is an applicant who is either currently enrolled in Grade 12 Senior High School or has graduated from Senior High School and is applying in College for the first time. To apply as an incoming First Year College student, follow the steps below.

Application Procedure


  1. STEP 1: Create an application (or retrieve previous unfinished application) in the College Application page .
    • Print or save billing invoice
    • If you experience technical difficulty in creating an account, please email coll-admission@mc.edu.ph.
  2. STEP 2: Download the forms below:.
  3. STEP 3: Email the below forms and additional requirements to coll-admission@mc.edu.ph.
    • 2x2 photo
    • Application Form
    • Secondary School Record
    • Recommendation Form for Adviser (may be emailed directly by recommending person)
    • Recommendation Form for Guidance Counselor (may be emailed directly by recommending person)
    • NOTE: The original printed photo and documents must be submitted upon acceptance.
  1. STEP 4: Pay the application fee. Use the information in the billing invoice.

Credit Card Payment (Onsite)

Credit Card Payment

The school only accepts credit card payment thru BPI, BDO and METROBANK.

Credit card transactions are done on campus and requires a scheduled visit. Send an email to mctreasury@mc.edu.ph with the subject heading
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT_NAME OF STUDENT_GRADE/YEAR LEVEL
for your appointment schedule. 

The Cashier’s Office will be open to process credit card payments every Tuesdays to Thursdays from 10AM to 2PM.

Accomplish a printed MC Health Checklist Form and present it at Gate 1 during your scheduled campus visit.

Payment from Overseas

  1. STEP 5: Email the confirmation of payment of the Application Fee to:
    • Admissions Office at coll-admission@mc.edu.ph and mctreasury@mc.edu.ph
    • Include the following: (1) Applicant Name, (2) Application ID Number, and (3) clear copy of the deposit slip or confirmation email.
    • Use HEU_ APPL FEE/RESERVATION FEE_NAME OF STUDENT as the subject of the email.
Eligibility Requirements

You should be any one of the following:

  • Graduates from public schools and private schools with approved K to 12 programs
  • All graduates of the previous four-year high school program both in public and private schools (DepEd Order No. 76, s. 2010)
  • ALS Accreditation and Equivalency Test Passer 
  • Philippine Educational Placement Test
  • Graduates from secondary education abroad with certification from the last school attended of the eligibility to college admissions
