Transfer Applicants

A transfer applicant has taken some units from another College or University and would like to pursue a College degree in Miriam College, or has completed a degree from another College or University and would like to pursue a second degree at MC. 

Eligibility Requirements

You must:

  1. have a satisfactory academic performance in High School
  2. have favorable recommendations from your previous school prior to application to Miriam College
  3. have not been classified as incoming junior or senior upon evaluation by the Registrar to qualify for at least five (5) semesters residence at Miriam College prior to graduation

Application Procedure


  1. Download and accomplish the forms below:
  2. Email the items below to the coll-admission@mc.edu.ph:
    • Application Form
    • 2x2 photo
    • Recent copy of Transcript of Records or Certified True Copy of Grades from previous College or University and course descriptions of general education subjects taken
    • Recommendation Forms (may be emailed directly by recommending persons)
  1. Pay the application fee.

  1. Send the hard copies of documents below to the Admissions Office before the deadline:
    • Application Form
    • Recommendation Forms (in sealed envelopes)
    • Copy of High School grades (Grade 9 to Grade 12)
    • Recent copy of Transcript of Records or Certified True Copy of Grades from previous College or University
    • 2 copies of 2x2 photo
  1. Claim your Official Receipt and present it to the Admissions Office for updating of student records.
    • Email the Admissions Office at coll-admission@mc.edu.ph and the College Cashier at mctreasury@mc.edu.ph to request for a scheduled visit.
    • Only applicants with complete requirements will be processed.
  2. Interview with the Admissions Officer or Program Chairperson
    • Interview may be conducted at the time of submission of requirements or an appointment will be arranged.

You will receive your admission status via email. If you have questions regarding your admission status, please get in touch with the Admissions Office.

After acceptance to the college, submit original copies of requirements to the Admissions Office:

  • 2 pieces 2x2 photo
  • Application Form
  • Secondary School Record Form (in sealed envelope)
  • Recommendation Form for Adviser (in sealed envelope)
  • Recommendation Form for Guidance Counselor (in sealed envelope)
