Transfer Applicants

A transfer applicant has taken some units from another College or University and would like to pursue a College degree in Miriam College, or has completed a degree from another College or University and would like to pursue a second degree at MC. 

Eligibility Requirements

You must:

  1. have a satisfactory academic performance in High School
  2. have favorable recommendations from your previous school prior to application to Miriam College
  3. have not been classified as incoming junior or senior upon evaluation by the Registrar to qualify for at least five (5) semesters residence at Miriam College prior to graduation

Application Procedure


  1. Download and accomplish the forms below:
  2. Submit the items below to the Admissions Office on or before July 25, 2020:
    • Application Form
    • Recommendation Forms in sealed envelopes
    • Copy of High School grades (Grade 9 to Grade 12)
    • Recent copy of Transcript of Records or Certified True Copy of Grades from previous College or University
    • 2 copies of 2x2 photo
Ways to submit documents

EMAIL:
You may initially send clear scanned copies of the accomplished application form and photo to coll-admission@mc.edu.ph during this period of enhanced community quarantine.

Submit hard copies of the documents during your visit at the campus.

VISIT:
Visit the campus and personally submit hard copies of the required documents to the Admissions Office.

COURIER:
You may send hard copies of the requirements through courier to:

Cashier’s office is open on Mondays to Fridays, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

    • Only applicants with complete requirements stated above will be processed.
  2. Interview with the Admissions Officer or Program Chairperson
    • Interview may be conducted at the time of submission of requirements or an appointment will be arranged.
