Yoga is a Hindu mind and body practice that generally combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation. Class is open for beginners.

Teacher Diana has been teaching Ashtanga Yoga since 2014. She finished her teacher training course under AV108 School in Taguig. She founded he Antipolo Ashtanga shala and community in upper Antipolo City, Rizal. Most of her students are beginners to zero knowledge of yoga and gratefully, they have been studying yoga with her since then. She teaches mostly Ashtanga, and some restorative yoga.

Sweat it out as we dance to the beat of the most popular K-Pop hits! This 60-minute follow-me aerobic class is jam-packed with different songs and signature moves of your favorite K-Pop stars. Combining low to high intensity and easy to advanced moves, this hour will surely keep your heart pumping and your energy elevated.

I’m Danya Maigue and I really love moving. Dancing has always been a huge part of my life and through it, I’ve found that exercise was not just essential but also very enjoyable. Both have shaped my life choices all of these years. I’ve been a dance teacher for a decade now and a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for 8 years. Cheerdancing in highschool, streetdance in college and studying Sports Science are basically what molded me during my student days but learning never stopped. Learning contemporary, jazz, gymnastic strength training and handbalancing helped a lot to find my niche.
